I watched some local TV stations last year about the news of 'Barack Obama' statue in Menteng, Jakarta. Many cons (who I called them the 'Nationalists') insisted that the gov. had to put down the statue. They thought that Obama is the symbol of USA, not the symbol of Indonesia (although the President had a very great bond with Indonesia in his childhood). But, come on people..! We still have lots of our local 'heroes' here in our beloved country..! Those activists, humanists, artists, and the others are more deserve for the appreciation...! I'm questioning about the govt.'s nationalism spirit...
