Raised in the heart of Jakarta’s Chinatown, Leonard Chung is a self-proclaimed hobbyist sketcher, webcomic artist, and an avid cinephile. Although managed to obtain a master degree in Industrial and System Engineering, he actually believes his true-calling is to keep babbling and ranting about movies till no one cares. Currently, he’s fostering a toddler-level Instagram account @filmophilia.id which he daily updates the contents related to movie facts / trivia. He instantly falls in love with the works of Christopher Nolan, Wes Anderson, Quentin Tarantino, Denis Villeneuve, Panos Cosmatos and Yorgos Lanthimos; in particular Stanley Kubrick, whom he praises and worships as if his own personal religion. Sorry, he prefers DC to Marvel, and he’s through apologizing for it.
